From the King Arthur website, this is my go to basic white bread recipe. Delicious for sandwiches, along side soup or morning toast.
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 ¼ tsp salt
¼ cup luke warm milk
2 tbsp oil or butter
⅔ cup luke warm water
2 ½ cups All Purpose flour

Place wet ingredients in bread machine pan.

Add dry ingredients ending with yeast.

Set machine for basic bread, press start.
